At Marilley Meadows Co., we take great pride in crafting each herbal cream with care using quality ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery. The product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Our products are made with natural ingredients; however, every person's skin is different. We recommend performing a patch test before first use.
We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or individual responses to our products. If you have known allergies, please carefully review the ingredient list before purchasing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier where applicable.
